The above price is for 2 people and includes a cooked or continental breakfast plus tea and coffee making facilities in your room. There is an extra fee for children over 12, extra adults, pets and cleaning.

Minimum booking for holidays and long weekends is 3 nights and a small surcharge applies for peak seasons and long weekends. All other times minimum booking is one night.

River Gardens Axedale is the perfect place for singles, couples and families. All are catered for with the unit having a sofa  that converts to a double bed and the motel room a single trundle bed. A porta-cot, bedding and a high chair can be provided for babies and toddlers.

We are a pet friendly accommodation welcoming both dogs and cats but  please remember River Gardens is a working farm with its own animals icluding our dogs and cats, free range chickens, guinea fowl and abundant wildlife. Please speak to us prior to booking regarding the type and size of your pet. Pet sitting is available but must be booked ahead of your arrival  

Due to the deep cleaning and sanitising process now required to protect guests from COVID-19 there is now a standard cleaning fee of $50 per stay. 

River Gardens Axedale opens our gardens to the public most weekends. At the moment we are only taking private books.

Club and Coach Special: Admission + Devonshire Tea with bottomless cup of tea or coffee: $16
